The Franconia Children’s Center opened its doors nearly 30 years ago. Through the hard work of committed parents, it has been in continuous operation ever since. The increasing circle of children who have attended the Center continues to be at the heart of our North Country community. These early friendships provide healthy, strong bonds throughout each child’s life.  Childhood is a journey, not a race; let the children lead the way.

 The Franconia Children's Center's mission is to partner with families and the larger community to enrich children's lives and to facilitate learning and exploration. Franconia Children's Center welcomes all children and their families. The staff and administration of FCC is dedicated to the education of young children. Through creative discovery activities the students learn about the world in which they live while developing the abilities and skills necessary for a solid educational foundation. An important element in this possess is the involvement and support of the students families and community.
